A learning and development strategy outlines how an organisation develops its workforce’s capabilities, skills and competencies to remain successful. It’s an important part of an organisation’s overall business strategy and its policies. Throughout these apprenticeships, learners will develop a deeper understanding of the L&D function and context. They will advance their knowledge of professional practice in L&D, and learn how to position business cases and grow digital and blended learning solutions.
These Learning and Development Apprenticeships are suitable for those working within a leadership, development or coaching role. Each apprenticeship will have different requirements. Those who are unsure on the most appropriate apprenticeship should contact a member of the Apprenticeships team directly on 01865 515 255, or via email at email@example.com.
Learning and Development apprenticeships have been created by a number of industry leading employers including, but not limited to, BT Group PLC, Remploy, Sainsburys, Canon, and Severn Trent Water.
