Apprenticeships in leadership and management have been developed in conjunction with a number of industry leading employers to reflect current, emerging and best practice for leaders and managers. An apprentice will be given the most relevant, up-to-date training and have the opportunity to apply it to the working world as they learn. What’s more, they will gain valuable experience and build contacts within the industry through their employer. Management and Project Management Apprenticeships are delivered through Oxford College of Leadership and Management.
These apprenticeships are suitable both for all levels of Management or Project Management role, or who are experienced leaders within their industry. They apply to both public and private sectors, allowing for projects of all scopes. Each apprenticeship will have different requirements.
Leadership apprenticeship standards have been created by a number of industry leading employers. These include, but are not limited to: Sellafield Ltd, BAE Systems, Rolls Royce, BT, Cabinet Office, Transport for London, Royal Mail, and Westminster City Council.
Each apprenticeship will consist of core knowledge, skills and behaviours in-line with industry standards.
